Welcome to the SHLS Ram Cafe

 

Chef Jerrel Willams and staff do as much scratch and speed-scratch cooking as possible, with an emphasis on providing meals that are well rounded, and feature fresh cut fruits, salads, and vegetables.  We are also proud to be a training kitchen for the Culinary Institute of America, hosting and mentoring culinary students during their 15 week internships.

Breakfast

  • A-la-carte breakfast offerings are available each morning.

  • Breakfast items include low-sugar cereals and fresh fruits, as well as hot items such as waffles, kolaches, french toast, fresh baked biscuits, bacon, and scrambled eggs.

  • 100% Orange, Apple, and Fruit Juices, Milk, and Water are available as well.

  • A-la-carte breakfast items range from $.50 - $1.00 each.

Lunch

  • We are proud to offer a 6 week rotating menu which features various cuisines including American, Mexican, Italian, and Asian.  

  • Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads, Features of the Month, and side salads as well as hot and fresh baked potatoes are available each day. 

  • Regular Lunch - $4.00

  • Second Entree - $.50

  • Toddler Lunch - $3.50

  • Salad of the Day - $3.50

  • Baked Potatoes - $1.25

  • Milk (White/Chocolate) - $.15

  • Juices - $.50

  • Water bottle w/choice of Crystal Light Flavor packet - $1.00

  • Grab n' Go (Middle School Only) selections offer packaged items such as PB&J sandwiches, popcorn bags, granola bars, yogurt, beef jerky sticks, etc. and range $.50 - $2.00.

Catering and Bakery

  • The Ram Cafe is happy to offer fresh cut fruit trays, cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for classroom parties and other events.

  • Classroom Cupcakes (24 count) - $20.00

  • Fresh Fruit Cups w/yogurt - $2.00/ea

  • Fresh baked cookie tray (24 count) - $24.00

  • Parents can easily order party trays, fruit or sandwich trays, tacos, and more.

  • Group lunches and on-site/off-site catering services can also be requested.

  • All items can be charged to the student's meal account balance. All payments are made online. Sorry, no cash or checks are accepted.
