Blessings in Jesus name! 

After graduating from college from Concordia University in Seward, NE. I took my first call in Pomona, CA. After teaching K, 1st and 2nd grades there for three years I then took a call to Alhambra. CA where I worked in 2nd grade for one year. I then took a bit of a break as I had my children. I then accepted a job in Victorville, CA. where I taught Kindergarten for 8 years. My next move was to San Antonio, TX where I am in my ninth year of teaching 2nd grade at Shepherd of the Hills. I have truly enjoyed my time in the Lutheran School System and have learned a lot.

       As I think about our theme this year" Amigos de Cristo", I am  excited about learning how we can all be better friends of the Lord ,as well as friends in the Lord. He is always working on, in,and through me to build His kingdom. I am always amazed at the new and interesting ways in which the Lord uses me to further His ministry. I never know what direction He will take me on this adventure we call life.

 

  I am looking forward to working with a new teacher and a new partner in Second grade this year. Some of our highlights in second grade are learning cursive,multiplication, and  going on our trip to Sea World. 

 

I enjoy reading, walking, and many activities that involve my three children.
