Growing—it’s what first grade is all about!

I believe that God has called me to help your child grow…

In their love for the Lord Jesus,

In their love for others, and

In their love for learning.

First grade is more than just learning to read and write!

We learn to be good friends.

We learn to add and subtract.

We learn about our best friend Jesus.

We learn about people, communities and being good citizens.

We learn about living things, habitats and the land around us.

We learn about moving and working, growing and changing, and the weather.

And, yes.  We learn to read and write!
