This is my twenty-seventh year at Shepherd of the Hills! It has been an amazing journey, full of wonderful students, parents and memories. I praise God for the opportunity to serve Him in this terrific ministry!These days you can find me in the fifth grade classroom in the portable building, but if you are an alumni, you may remember me as your second grade teacher, technology teacher, PROS teacher, or if you are getting up in years, your Kindergarten or First Grade teacher!

After receiving my B.A. from Concordia College in River Forest, IL in elementary education and early childhood education, I taught first grade for one year at Our Savior, New Orleans, LA, then was called to Shepherd of the Hills. In 1996 I received my Master's Degree from UTSA in Special Education. When I am not planning or grading for Fifth Grade, I'm enjoying some time with my amazing family - Tim, Andrew, Lauren, Jacob, Kelsey, Amber, and the grandkids - Tommie, Kylie and Gatlin.  My other favorites are my dogs - Sonora and Brookie, our horses - Wild Child, Ranger and Pony, good books and travelling in our camper. 

My prayer each day is that somehow God can use me to be a blessing to His children.
