Shepherd of the Hills offers sports from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. We are a part of the San Antonio Christian Athletic League, Christian Athletic League for Kids, Independent Schools Atheltic League (ISAL), Catholic Youth Orgnization (CYO), and the South Texas 6man Football Conference (STFC). Our sports include:
- Soccer (Co-ed, Kindergarten through Eighth Grade) - San Antonio Christian Athletic League and ISAL
- Volleyball (Girls, Fifth Grade through Eighth Grade) -San Antonio Christian Athletic League and ISAL
- Basketball (Boys and Girls, 1st Grade through Eighth Grade) - Christian Athletic League for KIDS and ISAL
- Cross Country (Boys and Girls Sixth Grade through Eighth Grade) - ISAL
- Tee Ball (Co-ed, Kindergarten) - CYO
- Fast Pitch Softball(Girls, First Grade through Eighth Grade) - CYO and ISAL
- Baseball (Boys, First Grade through Eighth Grade) - CYO
- 6 Man Tackle Football (Boys, Sixth Grade through Eighth Grade) - STFC
