- Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Texas
- Graduate of the SLED (School Leadership Development) program through the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod

- Lifetime teaching certificate for grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade
Experience
- 25th year in ministry
- Taught 1st and 2nd grades; 5th - 8th grades English
- Began Administration ministry in 1995
- Beginning my 4th year at Shepherd
My focus involves the whole school - students, parents, faculty and staff. One of my main purposes is to have these different groups understand the meaning of working together as a family for one common goal - to give the students the best Christ-centered education possible.
