1. Be in your assigned seat or area ready to work when class begins.
Art This means all students should enter quickly, take a seat and be ready to hear instructions. Most of the time project supplies will be on the tables. Students should use supplies as directed after instruction is delivered.
Technology Students should go directly to their assigned workstations, log on to their computers and look toward the the SmartBoards (Interactive whiteboards).
Yearbook Students should do directly to their assigned workstations, log on to their computers, open the StudioWorks webpage and look toward the SmartBoards(Interactive whiteboards).

2. Bring/have paper, pencils, books, and all needed supplies every day.
Art/Technology/Yearbook Supplies provided by Shepherd of the HIlls unless otherwise requested .

3. Keep hands, feet, books, and objects to yourself.
Art
 A beautiful creation can be ruined if the student is not careful with their physical actions. 
Technology/Yearbook It is very important that students avoid non-classroom behavior while working with technological devices. 
 
4. Use Christ-like words and actions.  Profanity, rude gestures, bullying, cruel teasing, or put-downs are not permitted.
Art
Christ-like words and actions should be evident in all aspects of a Christian's life. A young Christian artist should always create to the Glory of God as he or she shares their God-given talents.
Technology/Yearbook The Technology Acceptable Use Policy clearly supports that all computer users will use Christ-like cyber actions. Digital profanity, rude gestures, bullying, cruel teasing, or put-downs are not permitted

5. Follow the directions of any adult working at Shepherd of the Hills.
Art/Technology/Yearbook Students should always follow directions of any adult staff working at Shepherd of the Hills. When other adults (substitutes, chaperones, parents, bus drivers, ) are in an educational leadership position, students should always listen and respond in a respectful manner.
