Hi! Thanks for checking out the Web site for Shepherd of the Hills, and thanks in particular for viewing my page.
It's a great privilege for me to serve as associate pastor here at Shepherd of the Hills. My responsiblities are diverse. Here are some ways I might be of assistance to you:
- To receive information on the church or become a member.
- To get connected to our young adult ministry.
- To receive support during a difficult time.
- To discuss issues pertaining to God and faith.
- To have a Baptism performed.
- To enroll a young person in Confirmation classes, in which we teach the basics of the Christian faith.
- To receive pastoral care when entering the hospital.
- To receive Holy Communion at home if a physical limitation keeps you from attending church.
I'm available to you in other ways, too. Feel free to contact me at 210-614-3742, x214 or ckennedy@shlutheran.org.
You'll see me involved around Shepherd of the Hills in many ways. Along with Pastor Dan, I preach and lead worship at our weekend services. I team with Doug Bielefeldt, our school minister, on our monthly CrossWalk contemporary services. I lead school chapel on the last Wednesday of the month.
In my spare time, I stay active physically by working out, running, and playing sports. I also enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.
Thanks for reading. May God, “who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ, that great Shepherd of the sheep” (Hebrews 13:20), bless you and give you peace.
