My name is Craig Meissler, and I have been blessed with the privilege and honor of serving as the Minister of Music here at Shepherd of the Hills for the past five years.
Music is at the heart of the church’s worship! Choirs and ensembles serve to support, enliven and lead worship as we sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. We are indeed blessed to have a dynamic and vibrant music ministry involving people of all ages in a variety of musical groups. Shepherd of the Hills offers a wide range of musical opportunities, each with a variety of ways to use music and song to lead God’s people in worship. Each of these ministries are soley dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ through Music.

Originally from Hales Corners, Wisconsin, I have had the opportunity to serve congregations in Arizona, Texas, and Wisconsin. Prior to coming to Shepherd of the Hills I was employed full-time in the private sector while serving part-time as a Minister of Music at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. So.... yes, I am still an unwavering Packer fan here in Cowboy territory and have a strong proclivity to Bratwurst and cheese products!
My greatest joy is my family and spending my free time in activites with them. My wife Nia and I have been married for 12 years, and we have been blessed with five children; Ella (11), Natalie (8), Grace (6), David (4), and Claire (2). Shepherd of the Hills is a great place to be, and I invite and encourage you to come worship with us and help spread the Good News of the Gospel by participating in any one of our music groups.
